George Dzomba is an accomplished Information Communication Technology (ICT) practitioner with a passion for empowering organizations and communities through Digital Transformation and Digital Inclusion. Mr. Dzomba holds a BSc. degree in Electrical Engineering and his career experience spans over the banking sector, public sector, logistics sector and private consulting with responsibilities ranging from Service Delivery and Support, Infrastructure Management, Secure Infrastructure Deployment and Governance, specifically IT governance and e-government.

Some notable projects of Mr. Dzomba include:

• Microsoft as Senior Project Manager, where he managed secure infrastructure projects in Zambia, Botswana, Cameroon, Nigeria, and Kenya
• Twenty Third Century System as e-Government Programme Manager, where he deployed a SAP based e-government solution for the Government of Zimbabwe
• Government of Botswana as e-government Project Manager.
