A Business Technology professional, who has over 15 years of experience in implementing Information Technology solutions for companies in the banking, financial, and telecoms industry.  He has implemented information technology projects in a number of countries, including The Gambia, United States of America, Rwanda, Uganda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.  Mr. Miknas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.

His technical and functional expertise include Infosys, MISYS, ORACLE with experience in Technology Implementation and Deployment, IT Project Lifecycle, Relational Database Management Systems, Project Steering and Management, Change Management, and Lean Processes & Agile Workflows.

Mr. Miknas has served as Interim CEO for Comium Liberia where he spearheaded the successful restructuring and acquisition of the company.  He has served as Project Manager at BCR in Rwanda responsible for the stabilization and implementation of Delta-bank Core banking system and Quality Assurance Consultant for their Disaster Recovery Programme.  He has equally served as Project Implementation Manager at DFCU Bank, Uganda where he was responsible for the core banking systems migration project.
