Is a former Assistant Vice President at Databank Ghana Limited. His experience is in financial structuring and he has structured and undertaken due diligence for successful Equity Offerings (IPOs) in excess of US$40 million with placements on the Ghana Stock Exchange.  He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of FI Bank as a Member and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Mr.  Senghore is a Strategic Finance and Investment Professional with over 10-year experience as the lead consultant in varied management consulting mandates for leading institutions in the Gambia and Senegal.  He has successfully helped over 20 businesses in different sectors ranging from Finance, Tourism, ICT and Real Estate, amongst others, in their respective operational license applications and raising of capital in excess of US$20 million. He has worked with various NGOs, government and multilateral institutions to help prepare project roadmaps like the UNDP project on Entrepreneurship Development Country Programme 2017-2021 for the Gambia and has co-led the setting up and implementation of the first ever angel investor network in The Gambia for which he is currently serving as the MD of the network.
